五金冲压安全技术措施 在设计冲压五金时,必须满足下列要求:

3) 五金零件要有足够的强度,材料选择合理,五金应避免有与机能无关的外部凸凹,外部应倒棱,导柱导套应远离操作者,五金压力中心应通过或靠近模柄中心线,导向、定位等重要部位,要使操作能看清楚。
